Westlake Chemical Corporation in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Superintendent of Sales & Operations Planning to lead the monthly S&OP process across ten manufacturing facilities and multiple distribution sites. You will translate demand plans into executable production and supply plans, aligning capacity, inventory, and labor with customer service goals.

You will supervise a team of planners, drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics,

Qualificações

8-10 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, manufacturing planning, or S&OP.
3-5 years of leadership experience managing planners or supply chain teams.
Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities.
Strong background in production planning and manufacturing operations.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JD Edwards.

Responsabilidades

Lead the monthly S&OP process for multiple facilities.
Translate rolling demand forecasts into executable manufacturing and supply plans.
Develop rolling 6 to 18-month supply plan supporting business objectives.
Balance capacity, inventory, and customer service requirements with plant constraints.
Lead monthly supply reviews with manufacturing teams.
Monitor schedule attainment and enforce plan adherence.
Provide regular performance reviews and leadership updates.
