Westlake Chemical seeks an experienced S&OP leader to guide monthly planning across multiple manufacturing sites. You will translate demand into actionable schedules and manage supply, capacity, and inventory to meet service goals.

You will oversee a team of planners, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Procurement to optimize plant performance and service levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as SCM, operations, or industrial engineering.
• Strong leadership and prior experience managing planners or supply teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and demand-supply planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly S&OP process with supply reviews and executive meetings.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable manufacturing and supply plans.
• Develop rolling 6–18 month supply plans to align with business goals.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales.
• Create and manage production orders and monitor schedule attainment.
