Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking a Superintendent, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to lead the monthly S&OP process and translate demand into production and supply plans across the Roofing manufacturing network.

You will oversee production planning, inventory deployment, and capacity planning for multiple facilities, collaborating with Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales to optimize service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field with strong SCM foundations.
• Experience leading multi-site S&OP processes and teams.
• ERP experience (SAP/JD Edwards) and BI tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, including Supply Review and Exec S&OP meetings.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable manufacturing and supply plans.
• Develop a rolling 6–18 month supply plan for multiple facilities.
• Balance capacity, inventory, and service levels across the network.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize planning.
