Job summary

Westlake Chemical Corporation seeks a Senior S&OP Superintendent to lead the monthly S&OP process across multiple plants, translating demand plans into executable production and supply plans. You will head a team of planners supporting several manufacturing facilities and align demand, supply, capacity, inventory and production resources to meet service goals.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales to optimize production plans,

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, manufacturing planning, or S&OP.
3-5 years of leadership experience managing planners or supply chain teams.
Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities; ERP experience with SAP or JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly S&OP process, including Supply Review and Executive S&OP meetings.
Translate rolling demand forecasts into executable manufacturing and supply plans.
Develop and maintain a rolling 6- to 18-month supply plan.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions on demand changes, supply constraints, inventory strategies, and capacity.
Prepare executive presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement of S&OP processes and planning maturity.
