Job summary

Norstella is seeking an RWD Engagement Manager to own end‑to‑end client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery and strong outcomes across Real‑World Data solutions. You will coordinate with delivery, data, product and support teams to translate client objectives into executable plans and drive sustained value.

This role emphasizes technical RWD knowledge, execution excellence, and cross‑functional leadership to scale delivery and improve client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on RWD analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years SQL coding experience.
• Domain knowledge in working with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in life sciences.
• Significant experience with Real‑World Data (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR).
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client success owner for assigned engagements across RWD offerings.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, communications and internal alignment.
• Translate client objectives into executable plans and day‑to‑day operations.
• Drive high‑quality outcomes and sustained client value.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across delivery, data, product and support teams.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; support team growth.
