Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is hiring multiple ROW/Land Agents to support a large project in Alabama. The Sr. ROW Agent will assist in guiding ROW staff, securing access to properties, and negotiating rights of way while maintaining policy and documentation requirements.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree or relevant experience, plus exposure to property valuation, land description, and Eminent Domain. Strong negotiation and Microsoft Office skills are essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in ROW or real estate work for public utility projects.
• Knowledge of Eminent Domain laws and processes.
• Notary Public designation or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, and related documents.
• Maintain detailed diary of contacts for each property owner and tenant.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and logs of payments.
• Support construction activities and document ROW activities.
• Adhere to project Safety Plan.
