Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama seeks experienced ROW/Land Agents for a major project. You will support a Lead ROW Supervisor, secure entry onto properties, negotiate rights and easements, and maintain detailed records.

The role requires knowledge of land description, property valuation, and strong communication with landowners, tenants, and regulators. Travel is required; join a team delivering essential infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Experience as a ROW agent or related ROW position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
• Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed.
• Maintain a detailed diary containing the facts of each contact for every property owner and tenant.
• Document all ROW activities and adhere to the Safety Plan.
