Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is hiring multiple ROW/Land Agents to support a large project in Alabama. The Senior ROW Agent will oversee ROW disciplines, title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation with knowledge of property valuation, surveys, and alignments.

Responsibilities include guiding ROW staff, obtaining access from landowners, negotiating easements, maintaining logs, and supporting construction activities. Strong negotiation and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in right of way (ROW) or real estate services for public projects.
• Familiar with property valuation, surveying, and ROW documentation.
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare reports and correspondence.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor and provide guidance to ROW Agents.
• Secure permission to enter properties from Landowners/Tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, and related documents.
• Maintain detailed diaries and weekly activity reports.
• Document all ROW activities and support construction as needed.
• Adhere to Safety Plan and project policies.
