Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is hiring multiple ROW/Land Agents to support a large project in Nebraska. The Sr.

ROW Agent will supervise and assist with all right-of-way disciplines, title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation, with a strong focus on property valuation, survey drawings, and alignments sheets. The role requires experience in ROW or real estate services for public projects, knowledge of eminent domain, and a Nebraska Real Estate License or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ROW agent or related ROW position.
• Broad knowledge of real property acquisition for public utility/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of eminent domain laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor in guiding ROW Agents.
• Secure permissions to enter properties from landowners/tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options and easements per policy and project documents.
• Maintain detailed diary of contacts with property owners and tenants.
• Maintain a log of all payments and negotiate damage settlements as needed.
• Support construction activities as required.
• Adhere to the project Safety Plan.
