Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is hiring multiple ROW/Land Agents to support a large Nebraska project. The Sr.

ROW Agent oversees ROW disciplines, title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation with emphasis on valuation, surveys, and alignments. The role includes guidance to ROW staff, obtaining property access, negotiating easements, and maintaining detailed logs. Roles require knowledge of ROW processes, strong negotiation skills, and ability to work independently in a field and office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ROW agent or related ROW position.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of land description, ROW documents, and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and make judgments on ROW matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist ROW Supervisor and guide ROW Agents.
• Secure access to properties from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, and related documents.
• Maintain a detailed diary of property owner contacts and weekly reports.
• Maintain logs of payments and document all ROW activities.
• Support construction activities and adhere to Safety Plan.
• Travel as required by project scope.
• Prepare reports and correspondence related to ROW.
