Job summary

TRC is hiring multiple ROW/Land Agents to support a large project in PA. The Sr. ROW Agent, under the direction of the Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor, possesses an excellent working knowledge of all right of way disciplines, title, permitting, acquisition, documentation.

He/she is very knowledgeable about property valuation, survey drawings and alignments sheets. Responsibilities include guiding ROW Agents, securing access to properties, negotiating for ROW options and easements, maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in ROW or real estate services for public projects.
• Knowledge of eminent domain and property transactions.
• Ability to analyze land descriptions and ROW documents.
• Strong decision-making and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Guide ROW Agents and support the ROW Supervisor.
• Secure access to properties from landowners and tenants.
• Negotiate ROW options, easements, and related documents.
• Maintain detailed diaries and weekly activity reports.
• Maintain logs of all payments and support construction activities.
• Document all ROW activities and adhere to Safety Plan.
