• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location enterprises.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles involving several decision makers.
• Would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large, multi-location roofing deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand accounts to add more locations and services after signing.
