The Director of Sales for Roofing owns the largest multi-location deals from first meetings to signed contracts, with ownership of strategic accounts that span several markets.

The role is an individual contributor with a $2M annual quota, supported by inbound leads and a sales development team.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table during deals.
• Expand: add locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
