Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least two years of relevant engineering experience.
• Familiarity with robotics principles and medical device development is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and verify components for medical devices with minimal supervision.
• Translate inputs into engineering specifications and sub-system designs.
• Prototype and analyze options to prove concepts.
• Apply fundamental and advanced problem-solving concepts and procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of customer needs and design inputs.
• Follow regulatory design requirements and test strategies.
• Prepare and refine engineering documentation, including Design History File.
• Collaborate with team members and show ownership of tasks.
