Job summary

Inbolt is seeking a Senior Robotics Application Engineer to own the most demanding deployments in the US. You will serve as the primary field liaison with plant teams and decision-makers, guiding projects from scoping through to a robust production rollout.

The role requires hands-on robotics programming, strong Python coding, and experience coordinating multi-stakeholder deployments in industrial environments. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial robotics or systems integration.
• Strong command of programming FANUC, ABB, UR or equivalents.
• Strong Python skills focused on code quality, stability and maintainability.
• Experience managing client projects with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of computer vision fundamentals as applied to robotics.
• Real field experience: managed deployments and turned around issues.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments end-to-end from scoping to stable production rollout.
• Be the senior client contact: lead strategic meetings and manage expectations.
• Design and improve deployment processes to accelerate timelines.
• Diagnose hard cases: structure investigations and coordinate with engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and share integration best practices.
• Travel regularly to customer sites with autonomous scheduling.
