Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Staff Product Deployment Engineer to lead deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. You will manage on-site PoC/Pilot projects, data collection, and lab testing, coordinating with engineering leaders to mitigate delivery risks.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, project leadership, and strong communication, with frequent travel to customer sites and Humanoid HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading robotic deployment projects.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience managing concept/pilot deployment projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of humanoid robot solutions at customer sites.
• Plan on-site PoC and Pilot projects, short and long-term.
• Coordinate integration with engineering leaders to manage delivery risks.
• Oversee data collection and requirements assessment at customer facilities.
• Lead lab test environment construction and testing strategies.
• Manage product demonstrations for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent Humanoid at expos and industry events with live demos.
• Coordinate testing of different product releases at customer sites.
• Prioritize customer feedback and drive product improvement.
• Collaborate with BD to analyze use cases and develop solutions.
