Job summary
Humanoid is seeking a Staff Product Deployment Engineer to lead deployment of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. The role involves onsite visits, data collection, lab simulations, and managing deployment projects with a strong customer-centric approach.
You will plan PoC/pilot projects, oversee lab tests, and coordinate with engineering and product teams to optimize deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience leading robotic deployment projects.
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with concept/pilot projects and deployment processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer sites.
- Plan, supervise PoC and pilot projects.
- Coordinate data collection and lab simulations.
- Lead product demonstrations for customers and investors.
- Manage testing and release validation across sites.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to optimize deployment.
- Support go-to-market activities with Business Development.
