Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer to support the deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. This role involves on-site visits, data collection, lab simulations, and delivering live product demos to customers and partners.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or related discipline, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and experience deploying robotics or automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience deploying robotics or automation projects.
• Strong coordination and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer sites.
• Visit customer facilities to gather data and assess requirements for integration.
• Build physical twins, test rigs, and lab environments for testing and acceptance.
• Organise and conduct product demonstrations in the lab for customers and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at expos and events with live demos.
• Test different product releases and ensure timely delivery to sites.
• Assist on-site solution integration for seamless operation.
• Plan and supervise PoC and pilot projects at various durations.
• Collect and analyze product data and customer feedback to improve deployment.
• Perform minor maintenance and remote troubleshooting with engineering support.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to optimise deployment.
