Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Field Application Engineer to deploy and integrate humanoid robot solutions across North America. You will visit customer facilities, collect data, run lab simulations, and conduct high-quality demos while supporting on-site integration.

The role requires robotics experience, strong troubleshooting, and customer-focused collaboration. Responsibilities include organizing PoCs, leading pilots, and ensuring smooth deployments with engineering and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with robotic solutions or automation systems
• Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience leading robotics deployment projects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across North America

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations
• Conduct visits to customer facilities to gather data and requirements for integration
• Build physical twins, test rigs and lab environments for reliability and testing
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations in the lab for customers and investors
• Represent the company at expos and events with live demos
• Test product releases to ensure timely delivery to customer sites
• Support on-site solution integration and PoC/pilot projects
• Collect and analyze product data and customer feedback for improvements
