Job summary

Humanoid in Massachusetts seeks a Staff Field Application Engineer to lead deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. This role requires onsite visits, data collection, and lab simulations, guiding planning, demos, and solution integration.

You will manage PoC and pilot projects, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure high-quality deployments while maintaining strong customer relationships and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience leading robotic deployment projects and pilots.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments and manage projects.
• Proven ability to lead and coach other team members and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
• Plan, organize, and supervise on-site PoC and Pilot projects.
• Integrate technical development activities into the deployment project across teams.
• Supervise visits to customer facilities to gather data and ensure successful integration.
• Define lab test and site acceptance testing strategies and oversee testing.
