Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer to support deployment of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America, with up to 40% travel. You will gather data, run lab simulations, and perform on-site testing and integration to ensure successful deployments.

You will build physical twins, run demos, and collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to optimize deployment strategies, ensuring reliable performance in customer environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands-on robotics or automation deployment experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and implementation at customer locations.
• Conduct data gathering, requirements assessment, and integration.
• Build test rigs and lab environments for testing and demos.
• Organize and conduct product demos for customers and investors.
• Represent the company at expos and industry events with live demos.
• Test new product releases and ensure timely delivery to sites.
• Assist on-site PoC and pilot projects and collect feedback.
