Job summary

Humanoid in Massachusetts is seeking a Staff Product Deployment Engineer to lead deployment of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities in North America. The role requires onsite visits, data collection, lab simulations, and managing deployment projects from planning to live demos.

You will collaborate with engineering, product development, and customer support to optimize deployment strategies and deliver compelling demonstrations for customers and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading robotic deployment projects.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel ~40% to NA sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and on-site implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
• Plan, organize and supervise PoC and Pilot projects, short and long-term.
• Integrate development activities into deployment projects with engineering.
• Supervise field visits to gather data and ensure integration.
• Lead lab and site testing, define acceptance testing strategies.
