Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders in sustainable use of technology to meet program goals.

You will develop launch plans, lead surgical teams through ROSA training, and onboard new accounts with system installation and in-service support. Travel up to 75% is expected, with a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 and a $75,000 incentive.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a technical discipline preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts including system installation and in-service training.
Supports advanced technology upgrades as required and handles key administration duties.
Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communications.
