Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to join the Technology Launch team. You will promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts, educating stakeholders to achieve technology program goals.

You will lead surgical teams through training on the ROSA system and other technologies, partnering with Field Service to onboard accounts and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or a combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation and provide in-service to relevant staff.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and assist with technology upgrades as needed.
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear, professional communication.
