Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to support technology launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders in sustainable use of robotics technology to achieve program goals.

You will develop launch plans, lead surgical teams through comprehensive training, and collaborate with field service to onboard new accounts. This role requires travel and clinical sales experience within orthopedics or related settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts, including system installation, and provide in-service to relevant facility staff; train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.
