AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Engineer/Task Lead in Austin, TX to guide roadway design teams on diverse projects. The role requires a P.E. license in Texas, 7+ years of engineering experience, and strong client communication skills.

Qualifications

BS and/or MS in Civil Engineering.
7+ years of engineering experience.
TXDOT highway/roadway design experience required.
P.E. license in TX required.
ITS and tolling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering design teams on roadway projects and programmatic activities.
Provide client communication, production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, and financial management.
Mentor team members and support training and development.
Perform engineering calculations and field observations as needed.
Prepare reports, sections of designs, and graphic presentations.
