At AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer/Task Lead in Texas to manage roadway design teams on diverse highway and roadway projects. You will oversee production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, and financial management, while mentoring others for growth and development.

Candidates should have a BS and/or MS in Civil Engineering, 7+ years of experience in highway design, a TX P.E. license, and proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoad Designer; AutoCAD Civil 3D is a

Qualifications

• Requires BS and/or MS in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Must have highway/roadway design experience.
• P.E. license in TX is required.
• DOT experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering practices in roadway design tasks.
• Assist design and production of drawings; supervise production where applicable.
• Perform data collection, calculations, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare reports and permit-related materials.
• Conduct field observations of construction when appropriate.
