AtkinsRéalis in Texas seeks a Senior Roadway Engineer/Task Lead to manage highway design teams on diverse transportation projects. You will apply engineering standards, coordinate production, and mentor junior staff to ensure on-time project delivery.

Requirements include a BS/MS in Civil Engineering, 7+ years of roadway design experience, TX P.E. license, and proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoad Designer (AutoCAD Civil 3D helpful).

Qualifications

• BS and/or MS in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Must have highway/roadway design experience.
• P.E. license in TX is required.
• MicroStation, Open Road Designer.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design teams on highway projects.
• Prepare engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and site investigations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate production.
• Prepare reports and permit applications.
