Job summary

Horrocks in Meridian, ID is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager to guide Transportation discipline teams on DB/PDB pursuits and projects, coordinating with other discipline leads and clients.

This role requires 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design, 5+ years leading roadway design, and 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience; PE license preferred. We offer unmatched compensation and a strong benefits package including PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Be an integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantities.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
