Job summary

Horrocks in Idaho Falls seeks a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for the Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead transportation design for freeway, interchanges, and highways, coordinating with discipline leads and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires a PE license and 10+ years in transportation design, including 5+ years leading roadway projects and 3+ years in DOT DB/PDB. Regional project availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license preferred in multiple western states.
• 10+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience.
• 5+ years leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and be an integral member of the project team.
• Lead roadway design, analyses, studies, plans, specs, and quantity tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain positive client relationships.
