Job summary

Paramount Care Centers is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing services at our New Jersey facility. The role includes direct patient care, medication administration, and organizing daily assignments for the care team.

You will ensure flow of care, supervise staff, monitor regulatory compliance, and uphold resident rights; requires at least one year in LTC nursing management and a valid NJ nursing license. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year in LTC nursing management.
• Must have a valid NJ Nursing License.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs consistent with facility policies and procedures.
• Organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff.
• Administers treatments and medications.
• Provides direct care to residents as required.
• Performs daily compliance rounds to observe and monitor resident care and staff performance.
