Job summary

Paramount Care Centers in New Jersey is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for the 11pm–7am shift. The role coordinates total resident care and directs all nursing units, combining advanced clinical expertise with strong administrative ability to guide staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will monitor staffing, supervise nursing personnel, participate in quality improvement, administer medications when needed, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current RN registration.
• Experience in nursing with supervisory responsibilities in long-term care.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, procedures and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Verifies daily staffing and redistribution as needed.
• Collaborates with charge nurses to exchange resident-care information.
• Monitors resident conditions and ensures nursing care plans are followed.
• Performs medication passes and directs resident care as needed.
• Participates in resident care committee meetings.
