Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred
- Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and patient care activities
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift
- Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed
- Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
