• Assist the DON and ADON to evaluate and direct day-to-day Nursing Department functions.
• Ensure nursing staff follow their respective job descriptions.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies as requested.
• Make daily rounds to ensure staff perform assignments per nursing standards.
