Qualifications

• Nursing degree required from an accredited college or university.
• RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required by hire or within orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services.
• Assist patients daily to evaluate care quality.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs.
• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Maintain excellent patient service and positive attitude.
• Assist in patient evacuation when needed.
• Demonstrate regular attendance and reliability.
• Use good judgment and critical thinking.
• Collaborate on an interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and English language requirements.
