Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Two years nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services.
• Assist patients daily to evaluate quality of care.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing care.
• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Maintain dependable attendance and safety compliance.
• Work on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
