Qualifications

• Two years’ nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation and must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services through interpersonal contact to promote well‑being.
• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care with the care team.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with patients and families while following laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Support staff in emergencies and ensure safe patient evacuation if needed.
