Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care and services, promoting quality care through collaborative processes with patients and families in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.

The role requires an RN license in good standing, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and CPR certification. Two years’ nursing experience, preferably geriatric, is expected. The position emphasizes maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State as RN in good standing.
• Two (2) years’ nursing experience; geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR certification required and must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and manage patient care and services.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
