Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor to coordinate patient care and services, promoting quality care through a collaborative process with patients and families.

The role requires an RN license in good standing, an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing, and CPR certification. Two years of nursing experience, preferably geriatric, is expected, with strong teamwork and adherence to Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Two years of nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation and must stay current.

Responsibilities

• Provide, manage, and coordinate patient care and services.
• Assess patients' needs and develop plans of care.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Communicate and function on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
