Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior RME Planner to own CMMS programs across the North American fulfillment network. You will drive standardization, improve PM effectiveness, and enable local teams with tools, training, and processes to maintain world-class equipment reliability.

You will lead CMMS rollouts, train planners, and collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize spare parts and maintenance routines at scale. This role requires travel up to 50% and a data-driven, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a network SME on CMMS; train and assist local Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planners.
• Drive RME standards rollout in North America and participate in network projects.
• Be a CMMS key user; roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling, or reports.
• Monitor standards adoption through reporting and audits.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and make improvement recommendations.
• Travel up to 50%.
