WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Risk Manager to join our Project Controls team, with the role based in Las Vegas, NV or Portland, OR.

You will lead risk management initiatives, develop frameworks, and implement processes tailored to client needs while aligning with ISO 31000 and PMI standards. You will facilitate QRA/QSRA workshops, build risk registers, and develop economic risk models to quantify uncertainty and support strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Finance, or relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience in risk management; construction management; project management; and/or contract or change management.
• Knowledge of general risk management and project control standards and frameworks (AACE, PMI, ISO 31000).
• Experience in facilitating quantitative risk analysis (QRA) workshops on cost and schedule.
• Experience in developing risk models using analytical methods.
• Working knowledge of cost risk analysis software (@Risk, Acumen Risk, Crystal Ball) and schedule risk analysis software (OPC, Primavera Risk Analysis).
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Experience in preparing risk reports and documentation.
• Upholding safety and ethical policies.

Aufgaben

• Act as risk management SME on assigned project and ensure risk performance.
• Develop risk management framework and strategy.
• Plan and implement risk processes tailored to client needs and best practices.
• Facilitate risk workshops to quantify uncertainty and validate drivers.
• Develop and maintain risk registers with input from project/client teams.
• Create quantitative economic risk models to evaluate outcomes.
• Conduct quantitative cost/schedule risk analysis using probabilistic methods.
• Prepare economic risk assessments and scenario analyses for decision-making.
• Advise leadership on risk-adjusted contingency and reserves.
• Prepare project/program risk reports and support response planning.
• Provide training to junior risk managers and staff.
• Travel as required.
