Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Risk Manager to join our Project Controls team. You will serve as the SME for risk management across assigned commissions and develop dashboards and models to quantify uncertainty.

You will design and implement risk strategies, facilitate workshops, and maintain risk registers. The role requires strong analytics, leadership, and a firm grasp of industry standards and software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in risk management, construction/project management, or contract changes.
• Knowledge of risk management standards (AACE, PMI, IRM, ISO 31000).
• Experience in quantitative risk analysis (QRA) workshops on cost and schedule.
• Development of risk models and risk reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as risk management SME on assigned project or program.
• Develop and implement risk management framework/strategy.
• Plan, design and tailor risk processes per client needs (ISO 31000, PMI, AACE).
• Facilitate risk workshops to quantify uncertainty and validate drivers.
• Maintain project risk registers and quantitative economic risk models.
• Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis (QCRA/QSRA).
• Prepare economic risk assessments, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Advise leadership on risk-adjusted contingency and schedule reserves.
