Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our expanding Project Controls team. This role can be based out of any office across the US, offering a hybrid environment with opportunities across multiple projects.

The position requires 7–10 years of project controls experience on large-scale projects, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to lead cost and schedule optimization efforts. Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management.
• 7–10 years of combined field and office project controls on large projects.
• Experience with dashboard reporting.
• Hybrid office/field work required.

Responsibilities

• Own the project controls function across the program and integrate cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.
• Develop and improve program-wide controls processes, governance, and systems.
• Serve as primary contact for project controls with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee enterprise dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor cost, schedule, and KPIs.
• Enforce robust cost control procedures across all projects and program elements.
