Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Controls Manager to oversee and direct Program Controls for large transportation programs. This role can sit in Vancouver, OR, Seattle, WA, or San Francisco, CA, and will coordinate cost engineering, scheduling, risk management, document control, and data/technology.

You will develop the integrated master schedule and risk registers, lead EVM and risk assessments, and present monthly narratives to program and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial controls and scheduling on large-scale transportation programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; project management experience required.
• Experience with EVM, cost/schedule risk assessment, and integrated master scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct program controls for large transportation programs.
• Develop integrated master schedule, master risk register, and spend forecast.
• Lead cost and schedule risk assessments and support capital cost estimates into state processes.
• Prepare and deliver monthly cost/schedule narratives to program and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Technology team on PMIS modules for change management and cost control.
