Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early, develop practical controls, workflows, and training from intake through case closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will collaborate with GCO, firm risk management, and outside counsel to shape risk programs across ABC engagements, bankruptcy matters, and complex litigation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, or compliance in a professional services firm.
• Experience with ABC, bankruptcy, or complex litigation matters is a plus.
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts‑of‑interest requirements in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on routine risk issues across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other engagements.
• Support ABC engagements with creditor notice, claims administration, and asset sale processes.
• Develop and manage enterprise risk management program for ABC entities and FAS practice.
• Coordinate with information security and technology teams on risk related to new tools and data sharing.
