CrossCountry Freight Solutions, Inc. seeks a Risk Claims Manager to directly manage auto liability and workers' compensation claims. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance.

The position supports claim settlements, legal reviews, investigations, and return‑to‑work processes. It offers remote potential and requires location in or near one of the listed cities; travel may be limited.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in a senior-level, individual-contributor claims role.
• Extensive knowledge of liability claims administration and litigation avoidance.
• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage company claims with insurers.
• Identify claims needing escalation and gather information for resolution.
• Manage property damage, auto damage, and workers’ compensation claims.
• Provide excellent customer service to insureds/claimants by phone.
• Prepare statistical reports and lead claim file reviews.
• Help minimize claim losses and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain professional conduct and collaborate across teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
