Qualifications

• At least seven years of senior-level claims experience.
• Extensive knowledge of liability claims administration, including litigation avoidance.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage the company's claims; coordinate with insurers on reserves.
• Escalate claims during intake and compile information for resolution.
• Manage property damage, auto damage, and workers' compensation claims; liaise with defense counsel; attend mediations/depositions.
• Provide excellent service to insureds/claimants by phone.
• Prepare reports on claims activity and lead file reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulations to minimize losses.
• Maintain professional communication and team collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
