• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in business operations, governance, or risk/program management.
• Experience supporting governance programs and enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of governance processes and business execution requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
