Job summary

Truist is seeking a governance program leader to drive an enterprise-wide system of record for governance materials. You will build a multi-level document structure, maintain risk governance reporting, and support framework design across the company.

The role is on-site five days a week in Virginia and requires strong communication with multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in financial services or risk management, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of financial services or risk management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills across functions.
• Strong analytical, cognitive, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance program across enterprise systems of record.
• Develop governance structure and material inventory.
• Maintain risk governance reporting for committees.
• Design and implement governance frameworks and processes.
• Monitor risk governance exceptions and trends.
• Deliver stakeholder trainings and communications.
• Support ongoing QA and process improvements.
