Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation, a diversified banking and financial services company, is seeking a leader for the Marketing Governance team. You will set strategic goals, mentor team members, and ensure processes comply with laws, CRA practices, brand guidelines and internal risk policies.

In this role you will oversee a QA/Compliance metrics program, evaluate marketing strategies for accuracy, and collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, CRA, Legal and ERM to manage risks and advance campaigns

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking or financial services marketing, legal, regulatory, or related field.
• Experience reviewing marketing materials, disclosures and customer communications.
• Experience with RCSA and CRA governance preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Governance team and set strategic goals.
• Oversee QA/Compliance metrics program for process health.
• Evaluate marketing strategies, disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, CRA, Legal, and ERM.
• Provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
• Manage risk assessments, issue management, and marketing audits.
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
• Stay current on federal and state regulatory updates affecting marketing.
• Assess impact of regulatory changes and update practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
